AI consulting and agent development

AI is useful when it solves a specific problem in your day-to-day work: answering the usual questions, finding a fact in your documentation or taking repetitive tasks off your hands. I help you see where it really adds value and build it into your systems, with clear rules on what it can and cannot do.

What I do

From deciding where to start to having it running inside your tools.

Consulting and assessment

We review your processes and see where AI really saves time and where it is not worth it. You leave with a prioritised plan, not a list of tools.

Customer service

It classifies every query, filters out spam and answers frequent questions on its own from your knowledge base. For your team, it summarises each thread.

Internal assistants

They answer questions about your documents and data —procedures, contracts, inventory…— with clear rules on what they can access and who can ask.

Custom agents

Agents that carry out tasks in your systems —reviewing, preparing, updating— and in systems operations, always with human approval before each change.

Data and documents

Extracting data from emails, PDFs or forms and taking it into your ERP, your CRM or a spreadsheet, without copying and pasting.

Integration with your systems

Connected to your website, your email, your ticketing system or your ERP, so AI works where you already work.

Where it usually fits

Signs that AI can save you time.

  • You answer the same questions over and over by email, phone or on your website.
  • Information is spread across documents and finding what you need takes time.
  • There are manual copy-and-paste tasks between applications.
  • Your systems team wants day-to-day support without losing control of what gets changed.

How I work with AI

A person decides

Actions with consequences are approved by someone. AI proposes; you decide.

Your data, protected

Business plans in which your data is not used to train models, and access only to what is strictly necessary.

I use it every day

I work with AI agents in systems operations every day, with the same change control I apply to everything else.

No hype

If something is better solved with a form or a simple rule, I will tell you.

How I roll it out

Starting small and measuring.

  1. 1

    Assessment

Which processes, which data and what you want to achieve.

  2. 2

    Pilot

A limited, measurable case with real users.

  3. 3

    Integration

Connected to your systems, with their access rules.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

Reviewing answers, adjusting and expanding if it works.

Projects

Some real work: what the problem was, how it was solved and what changed.

AI-powered customer service

A customer service team with several departments.

The challenge
Queries spread across several mailboxes and lots of repeated questions.
The solution
A ticketing portal that also turns emails from several mailboxes into tickets. AI classifies each query, filters out spam and answers on its own whatever is clearly in the knowledge base. For agents, it summarises the ticket.
The result
Instant answers to the usual questions, at any time. The team focuses on what really needs a person.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI agent?

A program that, as well as holding a conversation, can use tools: query a database, read an email or prepare a change. Well designed, it works within limits and asks for confirmation before doing anything important.

Is my data used to train the AI?

I work with providers and business plans in which your data is not used to train models, and the AI only accesses the information it needs for each task.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

It can happen. That is why it sticks to what it knows (your knowledge base), its answers are logged and actions with consequences go through a person.

Do I have to change my systems?

No. AI integrates with what you already use —email, website, ticketing system, ERP— through their connections.

Where do I start?

With a specific, measurable case, such as answering your customers’ frequent questions. If it works, it is expanded.
